Our Commitment

Tribehool maintains a zero‑tolerance stance toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of grooming, sexual exploitation, or endangerment of minors on our platform. These standards apply to all users, content, and features on Tribehool.

What We Prohibit

  • Any content that depicts, requests, distributes, or promotes CSAM.
  • Sexualization of minors, including cartoon/AI‑generated, illustrated, or textual content that sexualizes minors.
  • Grooming, enticement, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to procure sexual services involving minors.
  • Links to, or instructions for, accessing CSAM on or off Tribehool.

Prevention & Safety‑by‑Design

  • Age‑appropriate design principles and minor safety defaults.
  • Proactive detection signals (hash‑matching, keyword heuristics) where legally permitted.
  • Upload safeguards, rate‑limits, and abuse throttling.
  • Restricted features for accounts reasonably believed to be minors.

Detection & Removal

  • Immediate removal of suspected CSAM; accounts are suspended pending review.
  • Use of industry‑standard hash databases where available and lawful.
  • Human review by trained Safety Operations staff 24/7 coverage model.

Enforcement & Escalation

  • Permanent bans for CSAM creation, distribution, or solicitation.
  • Mandatory preservation of evidence and reports to relevant authorities where required.
  • Cooperation with law enforcement consistent with applicable law.

How to Report

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve CSAE, please report it immediately through one of the following methods:

Include links, usernames, and screenshots (do not forward illegal material). We will acknowledge and act on valid reports promptly.

Support for Victims

We prioritize the safety and dignity of minors. Where appropriate, we provide information about resources and work with competent authorities to help protect affected individuals.

Team Training & Accountability

  • Specialized training on CSAE identification, handling, and trauma‑informed practices.
  • Regular audits of moderation quality and response times.
  • Access controls and least‑privilege handling of sensitive reports.

Data Handling & Privacy

  • We minimize data collection, retain only what’s necessary, and apply strong security controls.
  • Content flagged as potential CSAM is not used to train models or for product development.
  • We preserve data as required by law during investigations.

Transparency & Appeals

  • We notify users of enforcement actions where safe and legally permissible.
  • Appeals can be submitted via tribehool.official@gmail.com.
  • Aggregated metrics may be published in periodic transparency updates.
